Welcome to my website, I hope you find the information here helpful. Yoga is suitable for all ages and abilities. I have been lucky enough to use Yoga’s techniques to recover from operations & previous dancing injuries. Yoga makes you learn about your body’s well being & can be used to relax the mind and body or uplift the mind set. I travel a lot and I strongly believe my yoga practice has helped me with jet lag fatigue and generally gives me more energy. These are just some of the benefits of yoga:
