Her interest, passion & enthusiasm in yoga encouraged her to train as a yoga teacher. Tara completed The Life Centre 200HR teacher training course in London in 2003-2005 training with renowned teachers Liz Lark, Sasa Markovic & Catriona Brokenshire. She has also completed teacher training courses with Mukunda Stiles, Shiva Rea, Judith Hanson Lasater, Aadil Palkhivala, Dr Ruth Gilmore, Gary Carter, Uma Dinsmore Tuli, Norman Blair, Andrew McGonigle, Tias Little & many more.

In 2016 Tara & her partner set up www.yogaglobe.co.uk a community yoga website publishing useful articles on yoga & yoga events. Tara also has a keen interest in essential oils & in September 2017 she became a Neals Yard Organic Independent Consultant. Tara has found essential oils extremely beneficial & likes to incorporate these into her yoga workshops.

She has been teaching yoga classes & courses in Brighton & Hove since 2005 & now lives in Epsom Surrey.
